To Whom It May Concern:

Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!  It is with great pleasure that the Hughes Spalding Children’s Hospital (HSCH) family takes this opportunity to extend our sincere gratitude for donating the children’s books at our “Back To School Movie Day Event” on July 19, 2003   As part of the Hughes Spalding family, know that you are always welcome to any of our parties or on any occasion.
